Mitsubishi Outlander No Air Blowing Repair

So....  it's 35 degrees, sunny, so of course, I have the windows down and A/C off!  but  this time I had a passenger, so I decided, ok let's turn on some A/C so others aren't boiling in the car.

I turn the knob for the A/C and ... nothing.   so I change the setting to just blowing air.... NOTHING ...

Well looks like I have a bad Blower Motor.  It's a simple fix that even the most basic of  Backyard mechanics can perform.  Here's how to do it.  The job literally takes under 10 minutes and will save you a couple hundred bucks in Labour, Parts markup, and taxes!
