Ford Explorer Sport Trac Front U-joint Replacement. V8 4x4 No special tools

There has been a low speed noise coming from my front end that sounds like a ringing triangle.   When I looked under the truck I noticed that the universal joint at the front axle was loose.   Knowing this is a $30 part, with about $250 labour associated to the repair job at a garage, I decided to tackle this job myself.   Here's the video as to how I got the job done.
