Another After Work SURPRISE!

First there was Home From Work? SURPRISE Then came Off Work.. SURPRISE Today was part three in what I hope is only a trilogy in this Saga. Sorry. No photo to accompany this post, as there's nothing to photograph. When I drive to work, if the weather's okay, I'll only drive part way to work, park in free parking and then bicycle into downtown. This week was the first time I drove myself to work in months and the first time since last summer that I ditched the truck and cycled into the office. Today, all was fine aside from some bad weather. That's okay cold and a light rain was survivable on my way home from work. At work we have a locked compound to put our bikes into. When I got to the bike compound after work, I noticed that somebody took a pair of bolt cutters and cut the lock. Christmas Trees Offensive? What Are You Smoking?

Last night, while watching TV from a Maritime Channel, I saw a "News Update" during the commercials. The anchor mentioned that [don't remember the public building] had a Christmas tree standing in it. People apparently complained saying they were offended by the tree. Hello? What are you smoking? What is offensive about a Christmas Tree? In my opinion, the two most abused phrases in our language are: 1. That's Racist 2. That's Offensive The racist one is a separate issue and I won't get into that now. That's Offensive! Let's look at the meaning of Offensive. The Moving Baby Swing

IF you have this swing, be careful. Some parents put a baby into a swing so they can do some chores around the house. Our baby loves her swing. She swings and naps, giving us time to clean up etc. Well on the weekend, I was doing some computer work, when I noticed little girl was right beside me. Check out the video. I called Graco to log a safety concern. They are investigating and appear quite pro-active at this point. I'll keep you up to date!
